OneDayWebDesign provides WordPress website design and development services, including:
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your build day slot. This deposit is applied to your total project cost.
The base price for our one-day build service is $1,900, which includes all deliverables outlined in our proposal. Additional services (branding, copywriting, monthly retainers) are priced separately.
The remaining balance is due upon site launch. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon in your proposal.

The two-week prep phase is critical to our process. If required materials are not delivered by the agreed deadline, we reserve the right to reschedule your build day. Rescheduling may incur additional fees.
One round of revisions is included in the base price. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of site launch. Additional revision rounds are available at our standard hourly rate.
You retain all rights to content, images, logos, and materials you provide.
Upon full payment, you own the completed website and all custom code we create specifically for your project. Third-party themes, plugins, and licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
We reserve the right to display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our service may include integration with third-party platforms (WordPress.org, premium theme/plugin providers, hosting services, etc.). You are responsible for:
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner. However:
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after prep phase work has begun, you may be charged for completed work at our hourly rate.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if client requirements cannot be met, if materials are not provided as agreed, or if client behavior is abusive or unprofessional. In such cases, a prorated refund will be issued for work not completed.
We will not share your confidential business information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
The base service includes site launch and handoff training. Ongoing support and maintenance are available through monthly retainer packages (starting at $200/month) or on a project basis.
You are responsible for securing and maintaining your own hosting and domain registration. We can assist with setup but do not provide hosting services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of our jurisdiction.
These Terms, along with your signed proposal and any additional agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneDayWebDesign.
