Welcome to OneDayWebDesign, a partnership between CreativePea and DevNinja.co. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
OneDayWebDesign provides strategy-first website design and development services, delivered as a five-day sprint, including:
A non-refundable deposit, as specified in your project proposal, is required to reserve your sprint slot. This deposit is applied to your total project cost. Payment plans are available.
Base pricing starts at $3,800 for a WordPress Sprint or $3,200 for a Lightning Sprint (custom-coded), which includes all deliverables outlined in our proposal. Add-ons (branding kits, professional copy-edit, ongoing maintenance plans) are priced separately.
The remaining balance is due upon site launch unless you're on a payment plan, in which case payments follow the schedule outlined in your proposal. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon in your proposal.

The strategy session and prep materials are critical to our process. If required materials are not delivered by the agreed deadline, we reserve the right to reschedule your build. Rescheduling may incur additional fees.
One round of revisions is included in the base price—wording, layout preferences, and color adjustments; not a redesign. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of site launch. Additional revision rounds are available at our standard hourly rate.
You retain all rights to content, images, logos, and materials you provide.
Upon full payment, you own the completed website and all custom code we create specifically for your project. Third-party themes, plugins, and licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
We reserve the right to display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our service may include integration with third-party platforms (WordPress.org, premium theme/plugin providers, hosting services, etc.). You are responsible for:
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner. However:
WordPress Sprint builds include a 6-month warranty on the original build; Lightning Sprint builds include a 1-year code warranty. These warranties cover bugs and issues in the code as delivered. If another developer modifies the codebase, the warranty no longer extends to those areas. We keep version-controlled backups of every build.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after strategy or prep work has begun, you may be charged for completed work at our hourly rate.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if client requirements cannot be met, if materials are not provided as agreed, or if client behavior is abusive or unprofessional. In such cases, a prorated refund will be issued for work not completed.
We will not share your confidential business information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
The base service includes site launch, handoff training, and one month of post-launch support for bug fixes and functional issues. After that, ongoing support is available through content edit blocks, a monthly maintenance plan, or on a project basis.
You are responsible for securing and maintaining your own hosting and domain registration. We can assist with setup but do not provide hosting services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of our jurisdiction.
These Terms, along with your signed proposal and any additional agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneDayWebDesign.
